L'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain ne coulait jamais et l'évacuation de la kitchenette était très très lente

Le processus de vérification était horrible. J'ai fait la queue au moins une heure. C'est ridicule. Je ne suis pas satisfait de cet hôtel ! Je veux un remboursement!
