I don't normally write reviews, but the service here was outstanding! I miscommunicated about needing two beds and got a double bed, but they ended up upgrading me to a larger room with a King and delivering a roll-out bed at no extra charge. Great, friendly service! Use the perks the resort fee gets you.

The room was very small and the furniture was torn and old. Terrible room - hotel way past its prime. Bedsheets also had stains on them. Complete dump - no management oversight regarding housekeeping.
