They said they didn’t have my reservation, I had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins or more , until they contacted you, in order to give me a room, they said to me and my guest, things happen…. It was unacceptable, and embarrassing. I gave them my confirmation and everything, and still had to wait. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
