Exceptional service! We booked a last minute stay and were upgraded to a king suite in the north tower when our check-in clerk noticed my upcoming birthday on my drivers license. Very kind, thank you! The room had a great view and the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to the Wynn Fitness Centre.

Booked another night then changed my mind 3 hours before check in, (didnt even check in) and tried to modify/ cancel and they refused. Took $200 out of my account for a booking i didn't even check into! Horrible service, desk employee refused to help 10 minutes later and wouldn't accept an exemption for me (her decision). BOOK ELSEWHERE
