i must say; my stay started off shakey. for sure this hotel is understaffed. However, the existing staff did their outstanding best. I will return

Wouldn’t allow for 1 hour early check in. When we did check in, they informed the others in our group that they couldn’t accept a credit card payment, only cash. The hotel next door said they had been doing that for several weeks. They were unapologetic. Ridiculous, BEWARE!
