I thought the hotel was great. It really wasn’t loud on the 3rd floor. Only drawback is no pool area but if you’re looking for a cost-effective Miami stay and have an itinerary that’s not sitting by the pool, you should definitely stay here.

The staff was great. Hotel was clean the restaurant was great.

There was no hot water over four days. The lobby and roof bars were closed for events and the valet parking was full the one afternoon we had a person coming to do my wife’s hair. The actual Faena is great but this place is a dump.
