Comfortable room. Accessible to Downtown Chicago. Shower/Tub was fancy, but water was flying everywhere because there was only half a glass section to protect the toliet.

The front desk was helpful. Clean, comfortable room. The gym is great. Location is good. My only complaint is the walls are on the thinner side. If you’re light sleeper, bring ear plugs

The room was clean mostly but there was trash in the garbage cans and the shower was super leaky. Plus the whole lobby smelled like mar Juana. Plus they add some fee when u arrive which they dont tell you until you arrive.
