I love the breakfast and the service was excellent. I left my favorite earrings in the room and one of the housekeepers came all the way to the parking lot to return them to me.

Quite basic and noisy due to proximity to freeway - our room was directly facing the freeway. Yet, a good value for our one night in Phoenix.

Front desk employee was extremely rude upon check-in. Waited next morning for ten minutes at the front desk for someone to check out, but no one came. All around disappointing experience, would not stay here again.
