The ocean view was BEAUTIFUL and the room was very SPACIOUS! Excellent customer service!

The toilet ran all night. The staff banged on our door before 9am. The maintenance guy had to replace a part in the toilet at about 7am. Our sleep and rest was completely disturbed. Paint cracking and peeling off the ceiling and staff ignored do not disturb sign.
