I'm never a fan of resort fees and deposit holds, regardless, my stay and treatment at this hotel was impecable. Prime, prime, prime spot to stay in. Right by NY Port Authority and Times Square.

Rooms were VERY cozy. The rooftop bar was nice and had vegan options. It would be nice if there was a lunch option in the hotel. Also the peloton gym needs some love I brought my peloton shoes and they don’t click in for some reason. And the cages on the bikes most were broken. All of the staff were super friendly and wore a smile

There seemed to be only one working elevator and it could not support the volume of people in the hotel. I waited 17 minutes to get an elevator to leave. Also, the rooftop bar that is promoted was closed for private events the whole time. The staff were all so nice and the room was fine but overall it was not my favorite NY hotel experience.
