The lobby is great and the service is stellar, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

The room felt shabby, dirty and neglected. Toilet seat cover was broken. Service at front desk was poor, we waited 20min for a dental kit. Staff at front desk was overwhelmed with simple tasks.
