Great room with really excellent bedding. Service at hotel was stellar. We really enjoyed the pretty solid exercise gym. Great location.

We checked in at 2:00am due to traffic issues and the check in person stated we checked in too late and is marked as a no show. He could not accommodate us because the entire system is on audit. We traveled 8 hours with 2 young kids but nobody would help us.
