Exceptional stay! True to brand…from lobby to room, audaciously beautiful, plush and friendly. Staff are kind and accommodating, committed to service excellence. Loved it.

The service at the pool was garbage for what we paid/ what they charge for bevs, food, and included gratuity. The food and drinks were fairly yum. Room vibes and pool aesthetic were so good but at the same time this hotel uses one ply toilet paper.

Only wished the Hot tub was fixed. Biggest reason I booked this hotel was it had a hot tub.
