the room smelled like someone was sitting inside ans smoking weed and the checking was so slow and when I came down to the reception the person was not even apologetic. it was a terrible experience

Shuttle made us wait an hour and over Dane for us before we hopped a taxi to get there.

Booked a shuttle to airport, got to lobby and was told to wait, wasted 20 minutes for no shuttle to come and to be told I missed the shuttle.
