Checked into room temp of room 76 degrees, turned hit off left room came back midnight room was 75 degrees. Turned on A/C with 72 cool temp, wake up completely nasal and temp still 76 (picture upload) . Hotel apologized and didn’t charge destination fee. I would request complete refund.
