Hotel is in a great location and was pretty quiet given proximity to Paddington. Room was quiet small for a medium but totally fine for one. bathroom was super clean. breakfast was great and really good coffee.

DO NOT stay here if you have any luggage. I had to carry two pieces of luggage up two and a half steep flights of stairs to get to the room. As for the room - even though advertised as a ‘design’ hotel, the room itself was drab and dated. Check- out staff unfriendly.
