The room was amazing. I think we did get an upgrade. Location is also incredible. Really close to Time Square and the subway station. Only issue is that being that close you'll also hear a lot of noise during the night. It's muffled but still there. For one night it was perfect though.

In the middle of it all with great access to subway lines. Big room for NY and large bathroom. Very comfortable. Only downside was There was a hair on my bathrobe.
