My room was very clean and had a great smell. I was on the side of the train, overlooking Hudson River, mountains and the Zulu bar, literally breath taking! Definitely would stay again if ever in town

From the moment you arrive, the service was outstanding. The valets are quick, efficient and friendly. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Our meals were excellent. The staff is very solicitous , making sure all our needs were met.
