Small room. But the rooftop is beautiful. Located across the street from The MET (Metropolitan Opera House). Pool was closed at the time of visit.

Great location close to everything. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hotwater. The bar was superb.. staff was excellent. Late checkout was very helpful. We were given a handicap room and it wasn’t the greatest room..

Room didn’t look clean and shower didn’t work. I called for maintenance to come fix but no one came during my stay. Elevators are slow and rickety. The hotel is in disrepair and the quality it once had is gone.
