Outdated but has had a renovation. No coffee maker in room. Carpet old and ratty in room. Bathroom updated and nice. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone from front desk room service or concierge. Wonderful front door and valet staff. Check in was quick and easy sparkling wine at check in. Great location easy to walk everywhere.

One of the best hotel lobbies/bars/restaurants in the area. Highly recommend 👍👍 Rooms are small/tight but the location, quality and service make up for it.

Charged twice. Hidden fees that were not mentioned. Check in took 27 minutes. Mind you this was around 6pm. Check in for others was swift. With mine the guys would go to the back, their office and just laugh. The ceiling was cracking. I requested a room change and was denied “hotel policy”
