Great location on Ocean Drive with nightly jazz and super pet-friendly perks. Glad we scored a Hotel Tonight deal, but service was underwhelming. Wouldn’t pay full price—next time, I’d choose the Ritz for reliable hospitality.

The Betsy exceeded my expectations. From the minute we checked in . The staff is old school and you feel like you have been transported back in time . My favorite hotel I hav ever travel too .

Pool was “closed for cleaning”. Staff was very nice but we only had 24 hours in Miami and our whole plan for the day hinged on spending the afternoon and dinner relaxing on a rooftop pool and eating dinner there etc.
