Was a bit run down. Have a dated bnb vs a hotel room. The keys were in disrepair and were not able to be given, so the front desk had to open the door each time I left the room.

There are at most 10 parking spots. Valet means parking your car in one to f these 10 spots. Therefore, guests are not guaranteed parking The hotel is in a very crowded area so you could end up several blocks away before finding parking.
