The hotel is basic but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They do not clean the rooms unless you specifically ask for that. Hot breakfast was nice to have.

I stayed here several times. It's always pretty affordable and the rooms are always really nice. Decent complimentary breakfast.

they charge $100 deposit and they charge you $30 per half hour you stay past check out. you also have to pay $30 to check in early... check in is not until 4pm. At 10Am... they started vacuming on my hall very loudly. not worth the money.
