Staff was very nice. I wasn’t ready for the early shut down of the entire area though. Restaurants usually close at 9:00 or 10:00 which surprised me. The food is pretty good. Bartender Dane is a real sweetheart.

The hotel is in a perfect location to downtown Kona.The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The natural lava swimming area is so unique and a wonderful addition to the other amenities of the resort. I love the “Old school “ Hawaiian vibe around the property.
