Perfect location for a long weekend visit to London. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the lobby bar is perfect for a quick drink or a cozy nightcap. Staff is friendly and attentive. Would absolutely return

I was given a ground floor room with a window that didn’t lock and could easily be opened from the outside. Due to swelling it was impossible to lock the window though they tried. The hotel was full so they couldn’t move me to another room.
