Basic and maybe a tiny bit sketch but clean and convenient.

microwave was broken. coffee maker wasn't complete with the trays needed to hold the coffee bags over the cups. no coffee cups, just clear plastic ones, unsuitable for hot liquids.
weird musky smell in the room. not worth the price at all.
