Came for a relaxing stay, got a front-row seat to the City Symphony: fire trucks, car horns, and a surprise 11 PM fire alarm solo that lasted 15 minutes.
The bar was like a cryptid: rumored to exist, but sightings were rare. Last call? Whenever the bartender felt like it.
Sleep? Difficult. Drinks? Maybe. Confusion? Absolutely.
