The service at this hotel is awesome. The personnel are kind and friendly. Great location. One of my favorite as I travel to Honolulu 8 times a year.

Perfect location if you like Waikiki. Beautiful lobby. A little dated, but nothing that was a dealbreaker.

Was forced to pay a “resort fee” that would usually be waived since we were staying when all the amenities were closed. We were literally at the hotel for 6 hours.
