Staff is extremely polite, and all of the services were up to far with expectations from a cruise ship like this the hotel, ghosts, huge amounts of history, and they proudly showcase that in the many exhibits, you can find around the hotel.

The bathroom wasn’t clean (had a bad smell around the toilet), and it’s also incredibly difficult to navigate around the boat and find a specific room or a restaurant because there are many different elevators, stairwells, and levels, and they aren’t clearly labeled. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and it was a good price - lovely views too.
