Perfect hotel for solo travelers. Has everything you need in an amazing location. Rooms are very clean, also has a huge rooftop garden.

I want to speak to customer service about a refund. This was an awful experience and I need my money back. I couldn’t even get into the hotel last night so I slept outside. This was a waste and I want to speak to someone immediately
