The room was clean. Nothing was falling apart. I was vgreat happy with the status of the room and its parents location was good and but in Brooklyn was just staying there for a night after a show. And we had a great time good price solid spot good pick for a hotel

The rooms are well soundproofed. While I could hear people in the hall, once they went into their rooms, I heard nothing. Bed is comfortable enough. Blankets are rather light though. Could use an extra quilt.

I want to speak to customer service about a refund. This was an awful experience and I need my money back. I couldn’t even get into the hotel last night so I slept outside. This was a waste and I want to speak to someone immediately
