The WiFi didn’t work in my room, but the place was gorgeous and staff was friendly. Good central location. Wish would’ve known about WiFi difficulty beforehand.

Nicollo, Andrea and Anoop were a great team. They had us covered. Contrary to some fake reviews. The stay was perfect, rooms were great. Everything was close by. For a family traveling with a 1.5 yr old, we were worried about being fleeced in Florence. This hotel and team were contrary and great hosts
