Awesome location. Can't be beat. Rooms a little old though. Some of the other hotels nearby are newer. Would stay here again.

Definitely pay to upgrade your room to an oceanfront room! We really liked the “ocean view room” right above Dukes. Room 315. Perfect for a couple! 😍
