Gorgeous and well maintained historic property nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stunning private courtyard tucked behind the property. Internal noise level from slamming doors of neighboring rooms was louder than in other hotels. And the mattresses …as hard as concrete.

This is both a conference venue but also a lovely resort-style hotel located in the very best part of DC. It is super comfortable, has a very well trained staff and the park like setting on Rock Creek gives one a sense of escape after the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room had hot water issues. I was placed in a horrible view of roof and heating system that did not work. Front desk is impossibly reachable. No good leadership here. Terrible experience. Food needs attention.
