Room was clean and comfortable - but it was incredibly loud on the 16th floor. Would ask for a lower floor next time

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was small which wasn't as much the problem but there was no room to get around the bed to get in, made it very awkward. Bed wasn't comfortable.
