This was a good cultural experience. Good location obviously. Did not realize immediately that it was divided with a homeless transition section. I accidentally walked in, but was glad for the experience.

Half of the hotel was being used for unguided tenants that were freely roaming the property as well as smoking outside room doors. When we entered our room it smelled so strongly of bleach throughout we were unable to stay. We ended up cancelling our reservation.
