Room was clean but very small - was tight for 2 people and no real space for clothes, etc. . Other NYC hotels are similar so it’s not that crazy. Location is great all the people friendly drinks were great and will have to go back when warmer for rooftop bar.

Troy at guest services was amazing. he helped make me and my husband's time in the city so much worth it. So much my husband didn't want to leave, even though a snow storm heFing our way. rooms are cozy but you can't beat a little sun and beach in the cold city. We will definitely return.

Elevators too small and slow. Room extremely poorly laid out. Bathroom designed by a madman.
