Great location near train station- you don’t need to go to Waverley! Bed was comfortable, other than that very basic hotel.

Room smells of damp and there were a lot of hairs in the bath. The hotel is generally shabby, noisy and low quality. Lots of people just hanging around in the reception area too. Compared to the city centre hotel by the same brand, this one was very poor.
