The staff here are literally the nicest people I have ever met. The place is adorable. I would recommend they turned down the heat and get so much softer pillows. The pillows are hard as rocks.

We stayed in December - loved the cozy vibes & Christmas decor. Very quaint hotel with a delicious restaurant - very quick ride from train station & to Gatwick airport
