Wonderful hotel. Check in was quick. I loved the history. Room was beautiful. We had hot water.

The person that checked me in was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wish I remembered their name. It was a positive experience. I’ve been here many times as this is the property I grew up in. Nice to see how beautiful they upgraded it while keeping the historical charm. The terrace and pool is definitely a plus!

No hot water, they then offered to allow me to shower in an upgraded room, I asked if I could just be transferred and they said no, the other room also did NOT have hot water. Was unable to shower
