It’s one of the best hotels in Cancun. Very family friendly and there’s no loud music or partying etc. The staff and the quality of service are exceptional. I’ve stayed here numerous times and I can’t recommend it enough!

the room looked like it was decorated by someone who didn't get the memo that Cancun is about beach vibes. it looked like it was decorated by someone who didn't give a damn. the whole vibe was OFF. don't recommend
