From Valet to check-in, the staff was incredibly courteous. My room was clean and organized. It was CIAA Weekend, which is a very Big week in Baltimore, MD and I believe the staff handled all of the challenges that may occur with so many guest, very well. I will be staying here EVERY visit to Baltimore, from here on.

Excellent hotel near the inner harbor, Little Italy and downtown. Staff friendly and professional. Walk to Whole Foods for victuals and snacks. Valet parking

very bad service, the valet person is very rude, plus the customer service lady is bad as he'll. Not used again.
