Wonderful hotel. The customer service people in the front were so kind. You even get a $25 room voucher that goes towards breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Every time I come to NYC this is where I intend to stay.

They had a $57/night "hotel fee" I wasn't made aware of until check-in. So the "great rate" they/you offered was more of a lie
