The bed was super comfortable, turn down service was on point and the front desk staff was outstanding. Lin at the front desk was very courteous, professional and made me feel like a VIP guest.

I have no complaints other than the room. Which smelled very strongly of pet urine, and heavy deodorizer. Probably important to note that we did not have a pet with us. Unsure whether it was dumb luck, or careless on the part of the hotel.
