Historic boutique hotel (30 or so rooms) - nicely renovated. If you love historic hotels (125 year anniversary next year - get on the mail list), this is the place to stay in Buffalo. Building is mix use, lobby has a art deco remake from the 1920ies.

There’s no valet parking. But it’s definitely worth staying if you’re interested in history or architecture. The room was very clean and comfortable. The building is very beautiful.

room was dirty and felt damp. it was late and I was exhausted so I didn't say anything. the woman working at the desk the day of check out was a bit rude.
