This hotel saved my trip! I was so glad to get this room last minute after other arrangements fell through. Clean, comfortable, with an elevator, breakfast, free parking nearby, helpful staff. Thankful for this place.

First problem is that the listing said Old Montreal which was false as the hotel was not close to Old Montreal. Don’t know who to blame for that false advertising. Additionally, the woman at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful.
