I decided to upgrade my room. Shower pressure wasn’t the best and the television did not work. I love the location of the hotel.

All was great except for the valet nightmare. I pray management sees this as I mad a detailed complaint with the property. The valet service is plan horrible. Heartbreaking for such a wonderful property.

Room was older and had mildew in the bathroom. Elevators were slow and confusing. Lobby smelled like vomit likely due to the large gathering at the bar. Bed was nice and location was good - but not worth staying there just for that.
