The staff were super accommodating. The rooms are really nice and clean. Great location right near Times Square. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were nice and clean, but I couldn't get the temperature in my room any higher than 65°F, and the bed linens were so thin I had to sleep in my clothes.
