I arrived late at 3am after working all day thinking it was no big deal since i had reserved weeks prior. They had canceled my booking in spite of the prepayment. And then told me they couldn’t fix it or check me in for at least 40 minutes because they were conducting an audit. They made no attempts to accommodate.
