I got to the hotel at 10am and luckily, I was in my room 10mins later! All the staff were very friendly. The rooms however need an upgrade especially with sound proof windows cos the noise from the street could be heard very clearly in the room. Apart from that, loved the service and location.

Wanted a double but got a twin room. Wasn’t possible to change it and wasn’t given any sort of remedy. Also the room was facing the bins. Was almost €300 and didn’t even include breakfast
