Very clean and fresh. The staff was nice! The room was very fresh feeling and nicely decorated.

The bed was so uncomfortable. There was a hair ball in the bathroom under the sink when we arrived and when the cleaner came back to freshen up the hairball was still in the same spot and we never got fresh rags only towels
